Amsterdam with DS 2.6 - any suggestions??

Am going for 3-4 days. Do you have any suggestions for toddler friendly things to do? And self catering recommendations please?

Bienenkorpf (?sp) department store has a reasonably big toy section. Vondelpark is...well... a big park in centre of Amsterdam. You could also do a boat trip on the canals, I've done that, it's about an hour and reasonably priced.
