Is a week away alone too long?

I’ve been away for long weekends by myself, but not sure about a week.
Active holiday planned with dh for end of August so want a chilled week beginning of August to do very little.
Thinking of a week just lounging around reading on a sun lounger by the pool! Would probably do b&b or SC so could choose when to eat out. Wouldn’t want to eat out every night on my own!
Anyway looking at algarve Spain, Croatia or Greece.
Any suggestions? Want to feel comfortable being a lone traveller but happy to chat to others in small doses.

I'm going for 4 nights next week to Crete. I usually find that enough to be honest. Annoyingly my flights this time mean I only get 3 days sunshine but if you can get the right flights so you almost get 4 days away that's a lovely length of time 👍

I’m off to Greece (Skopelos) for 8 days alone in September, then meeting up with someone for 5 days, then home. I’m going to explore and swim and lounge about and read and do some walking. It all feels good to me, no qualms.

I'm off to Costa Rica solo for three weeks this year, it'll be my 23rd solo country, so no, I don't personally think a week is too long. That said, it's not about me, is a week too long for YOU?

Thanks for the replies. Good to get some experiences.
I have easyjet vouchers that need to be used by September, so just looking at what’s available for beginning of August. Algarve seems best fit atm, Any recommendations?
