Travelling to Mojorca

Hello i am due to fly to Majorca next month a holiday that was originally booked before covid and has just kept being rebooked. I have a query I hope someone can help with,
I am flying with my two children one biologically mine and one who’s not and has a separate surname but has only ever known me as a father and known no different as we have never spoken to her about it even though she’s 14 because of learning difficulties. I have the mothers permission to take them abroad for a holiday but wondering if there is anything I can do in advance to ensure no unnecessary delays on boarding or entry to the country. Just want to ensure everything goes smoothly for their first foreign holiday.

Also I’d like to add that we never went through any adoption process either so no supporting documents available.

Thank you I’m advance

I fly with my DS biologically my child but his surname is different to mine.

In your case I would get a letter with written permission and do you have the DC birth certificates? Take both I now always carry DS birth certificate as I was questioned in Manchester Airport and it was not nice.
