Any California mums out there?

There must be someone! Looking for exciting unusual ideas for our next adventure! Has anyone else got any good experiences?

I'm off to california tomorrow (i'm a california girl living in the uk). I'm fairly sure there was a thread about vacationing in la. I posted on it. Try doing a search for it. I would write more, but need to sleep as we're up early tomorrow. I do HIGHLY recommend it though.

I'm not a Californian, but an extremely Southern Oregonian. I presume you must be going to the LA area, though? I'm much more familiar with the northern part, I like it much better, but with children, I don't know how you are going to go there without hitting all the theme parks.
