Has anyone been to see Matthew Bourne's Nutcracker?

I'm taking my nan to see it next week, so please say it's good! It does look v.v.camp!

my parents are there at the moment...

I thought it was going to be very camp but its not! Its entertaining and festive, and going out to sadlers wells is nice. I had a lovely time but I'm a bit bored of Mathew Bourne now so I don't think i'll see anymore.

If it's good please come back and tell me. If it's shoite, I'd rather not know

That's a relief Rosalinda. My nan is 82, so it's fair to say she's somewhat of a traditionalist. I was worried that MB may be a step too far.

Saw it a few years ago with DSs, I loved it although they were a bit bored. But I can't see why your nan wouldn't enjoy it.
