Has anyone managed to do this ok? I’ve added the photos etc but it says it can take 24 hours or a few days to process! We go on holiday at the weekend so now worried. The 15 year old has double jabs.

Ds fit his within few hours of setting up the app

PatriciaHolm · 10/02/2022 18:36

Yep, DS's appeared very quickly too.

That’s reassuring thanks 🙏

As only just done it do you think the checkers will do it tomorrow now? I have no idea If it’s a computer thing or actual people!

What’s the link to get it please?

Newgirls · 10/02/2022 18:42

I went through the nhs website and clicked on about a hundred pages. If your teen is registered online with a gp I think it’s easier

It arrived!

Wish they hadn’t said the ‘allow a few days’ line 🤨

Thanks all

I’ve just looked and already confused. Can I set up DS12 NHS app on my phone if I already have my own NHS app on the same phone?
Or will it only link to one number?
Also it’s still saying 13-15 year olds. Has anyone managed to set up their 12 year old?

I don’t know why I’m feeling so overwhelmed with this! Any help very much appreciated Smile

I tried to set my elderly parents passes up on one phone and was told only one pass per phone was possible

PatriciaHolm · 10/02/2022 20:08

In England, 13 and over who are registered with the GP can use the app, but need their own phone I think as the app can only deal with one person.

12 year old can get a digital download - but not the app yet.

They don’t need own phone but need own log in

We all have our own phones but when downloading passed etc for travel (I don’t rely on logging in at airport!) then I switch between all of our log ins

I think the key message here is make sure you give yourself time to work it all out before any trip
