Disneyland Paris disability tickets

Tried calling them but seem to be on hold forever.
Considering a few days in Disneyland Paris this year but confused about disability entry
My understanding from website is I can’t book disability tickets online, so presumably I can’t book a package deal? Can I over the (unanswered) phone?
Taking two children one of whom is disabled
Can anyone clarify the options for me?

Previously you got a free carer ticket - which you applied for by email with proof of disability (PIP, DLA letter, blue badge) and they refunded against the cost of your holiday. They no longer do this and offer a 25% discount on tickets for the disabled individual and the carer with the same paperwork. They no longer refund the difference as package park tickets are already hugely discounted. Only on the gate tickets are discounted.

Thanks Gherkins
I’m wondering if it’s actually going to be worth getting them, it may be cheaper to just do a package deal
