Ideas for a short break over the Jubilee weekend

Dc2 will be 14 over the jubilee weekend at the start of June. Dc1 is 16 and will be coming up to his GCSEs so we don’t want to go away for a full week.

Staying in the UK would be fine but I’m thinking we may get better value for money if we head somewhere within Europe.

Both dc are pretty sporty, neither terribly into art or traditional museums.

Wise MNers, do you have any ideas for a short break within Europe? We’re based in South Wales.

You can fly direct from Liverpool to Reus in Spain. Cambrils Park is very close to Reus and is excellent for sports. It’s also close to PortVentura theme park.

Not Europe but have a look at potters resort in Norfolk, lots of sports and activities all included in the price.
Lovely place all our family of all ages love it there
