Package Holidays to France

Do they exist? I can only find city breaks or holidays to Paris through Jet2 and Tui. I want the protection of a package holiday this year. Any suggestion which other companies I could check?

Riviera but they are mainly tours. My DS goes with them but doesn’t always go on the trips

If you book a flight and accommodation or similar system, it is legally a package and you get similar protection.

Gah. Meant to say 'using Travel Republic or a similar system'.
