Randox unused PCR refund

We were in Barcelona at the weekend and I panic ordered two PCR tests as we thought the new regulations would come into force before we got back on Monday afternoon. Thankfully they didn’t but I’m now left with two extra tests.

The Randox website says they are non refundable but also says you can cancel within 14 days, but if the product was sent out the refund may be reduced to reflect the cost of service provided.

I have contacted their email and been advised to open the box and send them the QR codes but they don’t say how much refund I would receive. If it’s nothing or not much, I’ll just keep the kits or sell on to someone else.

Does anyone have any experience of this please?

I don’t think you can sell them as the booking reference is unique to you and won’t be able to be used on someone else’s passenger locator. I might be wrong though!

Oh that's annoying @MagicMatilda I'm going to send them another email and hope they respond asking how much of a refund we'd get and if the reference numbers are transferable
