Anyone online? Need help - taxis & babies

Hi everyone, firstly wanted to say thanks for previous help with longhaul flights, 12mth old baby & carseats.
I'm due to fly to Portugal in 2 weeks & need to find info on taxis with carseats... mainly in Lisbon. Can I book them - do they exist.
