Hello, seeking tips on where to stay and what to visit in Nice for a few days in December . Will be travelling with a friend and 4 year old son. Would welcome child friendly suggestions for activities too. Thank you!

Novotel Nice Centre is probably one of most child-friendly hotels and it’s really well located www.novotelnice.com/en/the-hotel/services-facilities
Musée National du Sport has lots of interactive activities, including a giant table football and a simulator of an F1 car.
Phoenix Parc is a child-oriented covered botanical gardens and nature park, which is also very interesting for adults.
The Promenade du Paillon has dinosaur statues, a giant climbing whale, octopus swings, fishing treehouse, mini-trampolines…
The cave man museumTerra Amata above the Port is really well done for children.
There used to be a little winter carnaval set up outside the Acropolis and an indoor amusement park inside the Palais des Expositions.
It’s really worth going over to Monaco (about 25 min by train or car) to visit the aquarium, also known as the Jacques Cousteau Museum. It’s expensive but worth every penny.
You can hire bikes and scooters from Roller Station and ride along the Promenade des Anglais
