Does anyone know whether a 16 year old who has had 1 Pfizer vaccination (Aug 2021) qualifies as 'fully vaccinated' to travel to Cyprus? Cypus Flight Pass website seems to say adults need 2 vaccinations but does';t clearly say if 1 vaccination qualifies for 16-18year olds.
