I'm trying to amend a booking from last year. Can't do it online as it's already been amended once. I have to use the call centre. I have already spent 25 mins on hold today before getting cut off, same on Monday. Now I'm trying it again. It's been 15 minutes so far. No idea how many ahead of me in the queue. It's truly shocking, how bad this service is. They knew it was going to get busy but have clearly hired no extra staff to cope.
Has anyone managed to get through? Is there a less busy time to call?
I'm worried I won't be able to get through and will lose my money altogether.
