Day 2 and day 8 testing also for children???

It seems as if amber countries require a long list of tests ( outbound/ inbound/ day 2 and 8 and day 5 test to release).

What about kids? It says children under 11 are exempt. Is that true?

Can anyone confirm this?

Kids still need to isolate but they are exempt from the testing requirements

Fine, but could they do a test to release on day 5 ?
