We have booked to go to Florida again this Easter... never been to discovery cove. Has any one been that can recommend it?

I remember from our visit that the entry procedure is a bit long winded. You get your ID looked at along with having your photograph taken.

Photo ID is required for entry so all adults need to bring along a passport or UK photocard based driving licence. Tickets aren't issued for DC; you are issued with a confirmation number which you need to take along as well.

www.tripadvisor.com has up to date reviews, also would suggest you read the FAQ section of the actual Discovery Cove website for more information.

It is important you bring photo ID with you to this place otherwise they may not let you in!!.
This particular requirement has caught out some UK citizens before now so be warned.

Discovery cove is a fab place they have got everything right especially now everything is free....... you even get a free family photograph. There is plenty of cover which is needed loads of loungers lovely breakfast and lunch and snacks free snorkels and wetsuits/vests and towels and also sunscreen is free as you have to use lotion that doesn't harm the fish. The showers are lovely with shampoo and shower gel it's a perfect day only one minus it should stay open later I think it closes to soon......and dont forget you get 7 days Seaworld/Busch gardens in with the price.....
