Accommodation in Paris with Children - any recommendations?

The nights are drawing in and I'm thinking of hols.

I'm not good at cities. Been doing a little bit of Paris searching. Citadines sound quite good from a semi-self caterin gpoint of view but reviews seem a bit patchy. Cleanliness? Pricey or average for Paris?

Can't really find hotels that have family rooms for four people. I'd rather have the children in the same room as us. Do you get them?

If anyone has ideas to start me off on the right track, would be much appreciated.

We didn't go there - just because we had so so much right on our doorstep! Next time - we kept saying "next time". It was a very successful trip

We ran into a little French schoolmate of ds's, & his family were all going off to spend a day there & highly recommended it.

oh thanks bink.

So the apartment was clean, fresh bedding etc? Were you happy with it? I take it if I search RentParis I'll find their website?

Pointy - yes, it was thoroughly clean, bedding all fresh, nice pillows. Lots of spare clean napkins, tablecloths, drying up cloths - and a washing machine if you needed. Very comfy beds (we like them firm) - everything from Ikea it seemed. Lots of space for clothes & sensibly stocked kitchen (salad spinner, nice sharp knife, bottles of olive oil, the sort of things often missed).

The only less than perfect thing was that the bathroom is minute - really just a sliver sliced off the end of one bedroom, with a bath end-on to fit in under the eaves (you have to climb in over the plug end) & no separate loo. Completely fine for a short break, but the garrety charm would pall in time (and perhaps wouldn't suit at all for people for whom bathrooms are Important).
