Hi everyone, wondering exactly how hot it is in the Canaries in December/Jan? To be more precise, it lying out in the sun weather or do you still need a jumper? Dh desperate for a holiday but with two tiny ones I cannot face flying any further than canaries - I know he'll make me have dd2 on my lap all the way (grrr). And if Canaries will be warm enough can anyone recommend a good villa rental agency - again hotel doesn't appeal with two tiny girls. Thanks

Definitely warm enough in the day to sunbathe but I found the water cold for swimming. You probably need a jacket or cardi for the evenings...

I went late January (Lanzarote) and it was lovely - mid 20s C every day - although I think we may have been lucky.
Water was definitely very chilly especially as the pools weren't heated.
