Rebooking for next year with BA?

Has anybody managed to do this? When I've looked on their site, they are only showing package holidays and flights up to May next year so not sure how you would switch a hol for July or Aug of this year to the same thing but in 2021?

Flights go on sale eleven months and one day before departure date - you won’t be able to rebook flights just yet.
