Can anyone help, the chat bot is useless !
We've booked return flights. Ryanair have cancelled the return leg.
- Can I cancel the whole booking and receive a voucher?
- How long are vouchers taking?
- If I change the return flight to a more expensive one will I pay the difference?
- The flights are in July and we would like to go if there's no quarantine on return but won't know that's a possibility until next announcement on Jun 29. Do I hang on and just cancel or amend then? Is there a time limit on any of the Ryanair procedures?
