I know theres already a couple if Ibiza threads but any recommendations of locations to go with a 9 month old baby?

I like a bit of a buzz and restaurants and bars to go to in the day time but cant work out where the main clubbing bit is as want to avoid that really?

Has anyone been San Antonio Bay? I keep seeing holidays here for fairly cheap, if anyone has stayed here I would love to hear what it's like?

It's a long time ago but we went to San Miguel when the kids were toddlers. There were plenty of little bars and restaurants, and quite a nice beach, and I can't remember any noisy clubs.

We stayed in a lovely apartment near a bar with floodlit crazy golf - we had a great time.

San Antinio Bay is party central, hence why it's cheap. We love Es Cana, we always stay at the Eriso Hotel as there's lots of entertainment if you don't fancy venturing out. Santa Eulalia is nice too, both only a short bus ride away from each other.

Thankyou for the suggestions will check them both out Smile

Like pp suggested, We've been to Es Cana and Santa Eulalia many times and adore both.

Portinox is beautiful.

Clubbers rarely venture far from Ibiza Town, so the rest of the island with its dense pine forests is left for you to explore. The popular family choices are Puerto de San Miguel and Portinaz in the north, and, in the south, Figueretas, Playa d'en Bossa, Es Cavallet, Las Salinas, Cala Jondal, and Sa Caleta. In the west, try Talamanca, close to Ibiza Town and attracting an eclectic mix, including families.
The TUI Blue Aura is really baby friendly. There is a ‘baby lounge’ with air con where you can prepare baby food and change your baby rather than going back up to your room. The hotel also has a Baby Club for babies aged 0-2. The resort might be too quiet for you, but you can get the water taxi from the beach to San Antonio.

Santa Eulalia would be a great base, it’s a big enough town but no clubs.
Plenty of shops & restaurants. I’d recommend Day trips to Es Cana & portinax
Don’t avoid Ibiza town altogether, it’s a beautiful town & well worth a trip
SAN Antonio is clubland so don’t stay there,
Enjoy it’s a beautiful island

Summerdiamond · 21/01/2020 19:22

Playa d’en Bossa has a beautiful beach but I wouldn’t stay there, it’s the other clubbers town after San Antonio.

BumpLoading · 21/01/2020 20:02

Sounds like San Antonio isn't for us but Santa Eulalia seems like itd be perfect

Don't avoid Ibiza town for a visit. I've never seen a clubber there although we have seen plenty of drag queens!

adviceneededon · 21/01/2020 21:15

@Summerdiamond your post reminded me of our visit to Playa Den Bossa. We hired a car and toured the island, not realising this was where Bora Bora beach was. Here is me trying to get a nice picture of my daughter and an aeroplane Grin

Summerdiamond · 22/01/2020 08:49

@adviceneededon - something similar happened us, we were looking fir lunch, one place was really expensive & serving lobster, himself found a place that did toastier. Bora Bora - it was pills they were having for lunch!!
Lovely beach though we found an Ibiza rocks & are there then went back to beach before continuing in the car, it’s an amazing island though, I would live there.
