May half term holiday ideas/deals

Has anyone seen any good deals for flights or holidays in Europe for May half term?
The last 2 years we've gone to Marina di Venezia with Venue and had a great time, but this year the flights are a bit pricey.
Ideally it will be somewhere warm with a pool/beach but also a nice town to visit. For myself and two kids 13 and 9 - budget max £750 for flights and accommodation for 4-7 nights.
