I booked Umrah package with these idiots around October. We agreed the price and hotels etc in October/November. Hafiz Ajmal the biggest liar, told me that everything is booked and Invoice/contract was signed. Just couple of weeks before the travel I was first informed that Makkah hotel needs to be changed, I protested and asked for full refund, but was told it is non refundable. Then few days later Madinah hotel was also changed to the cheapest available. I had children with me and specifically told him in advance that I need hotels in specific area but the liar just promised to get the money. Once he received the deposit and money he changed to the cheapest available hotels. I will not advise anyone to use these fraudsters at all. They also initially told me that it was covered by ATOL but after receiving full payment told me it was not covered. Their ATOL number is just to fool people. Please stay away.
