Where long haul with two DC (5&2)

We haven't had a proper holiday for some time - since the kids have been so young, and we are hoping to book two weeks somewhere a bit different, luxurious but also child friendly. The kids will be 5 and 2.5 at the time we travel, which would be summer school holidays time. Does anyone have any suggestions? Thanks!

Florida or the Caribbean. Have you looked there? Child friendly all over.

Or Asia but I find Asia more sightseeing which is good but hard with such young children.
