In November, with 16mth old dd, which will be hot but relatively cheap?? DD not flown yet, and i'm terrified of flying but we will deal with that!
Just need a bloody holiday with some sun.....

Depends how cheap. you are at the end of hurricane season in the carribean and it is really good value to go towards the end of the year - you will get great deals. If you want cheaper than that (or less flying time) then the Red Sea will be dirt cheap that time of year though might be a bit hot for DD? Also I think it sometimes gets a bit breezy around Sharm at that time of the year? Cyprus should still be pretty warm and so should Turkey/Tunisia and so on.
