Plug Adapter for Thailand and Malaysia

Can anybody please tell me what adapters I need for Thailand and Malaysia.

if you are British:
Malaysia - none, they use the same plugs
Thailand - the 'trans-contintental' style one with the two thin blades. As opposed to the European one with the round pins.

Just buy a universal adapter then you're covered for future trips too
