Travel advice! Not well enough to fly! TRAVELPACK

Hi,

I’ve booked an international flight through Travelpack.

I have IBS and it’s currently flaring up there is no way I can fly.

I’m just really concerned that that’s so much money down the drain and the stress of it is making my flare up worse!

Any advice on how I might be able to get my money back for this? Will travel insurance cover me even though it’s a recorded illness I knew I had when booking? (My flare ups are never this bad though).

Anyone have a similar experience and booked through travelpack?

Any advice would be appreciated!

Did you declare the preexisting condition?

justastudent · 25/11/2019 12:16

@lizs yes! Declared it

It's your insurance terms that will determine the cancellation terms, who you booked with should be immaterial. Unless you're insurance was an add on
