We're hoping to go to Spain/ Portugal / Balearics kind of way next summer but with 2 smal DC we want to have our own rooms and don't want to have to use the sofa bed in the living room but also want the convenience of all inclusive! All apartments I've found are self catering so far

Just get interconnection rooms.

Salgados Palm Village near Faro - we booked with Tui. Took us ages to find!

AX seashells in Malta. The family rooms have 2 separate bedrooms and the all inclusive food is amazing.

Have a look at Viva Hotels too - they do 2 bed AI apartments with kitchenettes in the living room so you have ultimate flexibility

Apartments San Miguel Park Esmeralda Mar in Ibiza have 2 beds. The all inclusive isn't amazing (we went half board) but the apartment was really spacious.

Pierre Vacances in Fuerteventura. Good standard of all inclusive but you will need to hire a car because the resort isn't near anything. Thr government built a town without planning permission so it was never used until Centre Parcs bought the area and turned it into a hotel.

Watching with interest

Look at the Magic hotels in benidorm. Waterslides, games rooms, branded drinks and extras like fridges in the rooms

Magic natura is brilliant. Unlimited use of the zoo and waterpark and own lodge accommodation. We've booked Tropical splash for next year as mine have outgrown magic natura.

Any other suggestions suitable for teens that maybe have some age appropriate/mixed age activities on offer to dip in and out of MN’s would recommended for easy to please teens.
