Narrow car seat or multimac?

We have a Audi S3 so not a very big for 3 kids, I need to get a stage 1 car seat for our youngest but struggling to find one narrow enough to fit in the car as we already have a stage 1 and booster in the back. Should I just go for a multimac? Or is there a very slim car seat somewhere on the market? Any help appreciated

Just to add we have looked at changing the car but most cars have the space in the back, it’s the just boot that’s bigger
