Hot tub lodges

Can anyone suggest nice lodges with hot tubs that allow one dog?

We are doing a last minute thing for my birthday we dont mind travelling

Darwin Forest in the Peak District is lovely. Their Coppice Lodges are very dog friendly with a dog shower, treats etc. Hot tub as well and the lodges are lovely. Also have a veranda with a gate to keep dogs safe. Lots of their other type of lodges take dogs too.

We stayed in a beautiful lodge in Scotland with Forest holidays. Outdoor decking with private hot tub and bbq. We took the dog and she adored it - walks and swimming at a loch 5 mins away.
