Can a dentist sign a passport form?

DP said he's taking me to Paris for my birthday.
Cue him suddenly rememebering he couln't find his passport last time he needed it for ID.
Looked in usual,a nd not so usual places and ting GONE!

So, trip to Paris on hold while he sorts a new one.

He's off to dentist anyway next Wednesday so can she sign the form for him?

AS long as she has a current British passport herself - I was getting a friend who's a teacher to sign DD's & she was just about to do it when she realised her own passport had expired.

you might be charged, i had this with dd's passport. Gp was charging £30 , luckily for me the headmaster at dd's school runs a side line in doing passports for nowt.
