Suggestions for some October sunshine with a 3 year old?

Help! We've left it a bit late to book a holiday and after a stressful few months of trying (and failing!) to move house, we'd love a week away.

Any suggestions for a weeks break with a 3 year old? Ideally no more than a 4 hour flight away that's still going to be warm and not too pricey?

Greece, Spain, Mallorca. Depending on budget a self catering break or Mark Warner type with childcare.

Thank you. If anyone could recommend any specific resorts or hotels they've stayed at that would be great. Been searching online but always great to have recommendations
