Mallorca hotel for break with a two year old

We're hoping to book a week at a toddler-friendly hotel or resort in Mallorca at the end of August. Would love any recommendations!

Key things are

  • We need two bedrooms so apartment-style is ideal
  • Must have a crèche or kids club who can look after our two year old for at least few hours a day

Would also consider other European locations as long as the flight is no more than a couple of hours.

Thanks!

We just booked an apartment at Alua Hawaii Mallorca for Sept with an 18 month old and 11 week old, you might struggle with the kids club as all the official tour operator ones and the hotel ran ones I saw started at 3/4 years, we were really hoping to get one he could go in, not so much for a break but for him to play

Thank you both!

Have a look at Kiddie Holidays. They have lots of recommendations for Mallorca where there are suitable facilities for toddlers. Mine used to play on the beach with us at that age. Or around the pool. 2 year olds don’t make friends with other 2 year olds.

We loved the Royal Son Bou Family Club in Menorca. Went with Jet2 and it was great for kids. Short transfer, good kids club, fab toddler pool and lovely staff. The food is lovely and the rooms were basic but nice and clean and all you would need considering we were out most of the time. Resort is fairly quiet but the beach is nice and there’s a few restaurants and shops. Def worth a look.

Generally if they are under 4 or 5 there will need to be a crèche or nursery rather than just kids club. We didn't use it but when we cruised with little ones it went from 6 months.

Thanks all, some great tips here!

Probably didn't use the correct terminology - I meant a crèche. Basically something to give us a break for a few hours a day. Smile
