MOMA NYC summer closure

I think I'm correct but is MOMA closed this summer? Anybody know if any of the pictures are going anywhere else temporarily.Edward Hopper in particular.

Have you looked on their website? The first thing you see is that it is closed until October. There are links to Facebook and Twitter so you can message and ask where the paintings are and if they can be viewed.

Yes but was a bit vague when I looked previously just said a new MOMA would be opening in Oct. it’s now closed so that’s that,no mention anywhere of any exhibits loaned elsewhere following those links.Damn! At least it cuts down the museum visits for the reluctant dc this trip. Will do the Met /Natural History instead and do MOMA another time. Good excuse to return, if one is needed.

The Whitney Museum is fab. Kid friendly and next to the High line. And not too big, so kids will appreciate it. Rooftop restaurant as well.
