Never to late to book a holiday ! Try On The Beach they are very good , no hidden costs and are very helpful if you need to call them.

Lots of time . We booked a family holiday in Portugal with 6 days notice and picked up the tickets at the airport .

Put your requirements in the deals section of Jet2holidays to see if anything suitable comes up. You can tailor for departure airport, dates, party size and destination, they go to all the Costas, Canaries and Balearics.

There will definitely be plenty of holidays available, but obviously you might not get your exact perfect holiday or it might cost more than you hope.

Or I saw a programme about booking holidays earlier this week where they compared the price of a certain AI family holiday and it was actually cheaper to go into an independent high street travel agent, so that might be an option?

There is usually a period 6 to 8 weeks out from departure where the prices dip a bit. So it’s actually a good time to be looking.

Never too late, I'm booking for June! Try the holiday companies if you want a proper package or an agent like travel republic to book separates but hassle free alternatively book flights then find suitable accommodation. Whatever suits you. Flights will be the deciding factor once school holidays kick in so start with that availability

June and July are not the same though. It sounds like the OP needs to go in the school holidays, which is obviously rather different from June, however short notice.

We once booked booked in June less than a week in advance and the flights were about £120 return each, so about average of what we usually pay. Flights in the school holidays will be a lot more than that price now.
