Does anyone has any first hand experience of the general reception of public breastfeeding in China, specifically Shanghai?
I'm due to visit in a month to take my 6 month old to meet his father's family for the first time and I just want to be prepared. I am comfortable feeding discretely wherever necessary in the UK, but I don't want to embarrass my in-laws in public if it's not the done thing in China. My partner is no help, he left the country at 18 and it's not really something teenage boys put much thought into! Although he says "you should be fine" I'm interested to know other people's experiences?
