Taking 13 month old abroad, is it worth it?

We are planning a trip abroad nearing the end of the year (thinking Canary Islands most likely!) when DD2 will be 13/14 months, DD1 will be 3. Does anyone have any advice on what to take, how the flight abroad was for you and how your baby coped with the heat? Also is a small, cheap stroller from Argos a good thing to take for long days out?

Stay at a hotel where you can hire all the baby stuff you need, including pushchair. Insotel Cala Mandia is good www.insotelhotelgroup.com/en/hotels/mallorca/insotel-cala-mandia-resort-spa/families

You can also hire strollers from TUi family life Bahia Feliz which has an air conditioned crèche and baby lounge.

It'll be fine. We went to Spain when dd was that age and had a great holiday. Yes to a stroller, plus baby will hopefully sleep in it for naps.

Look for a family friendly hotel with splash pools, playgrounds etc.
