Planning a girly weekend - can anyone recommend a hotel not too far from London?

I'm planning a girly weekend with my two best mates and I'm looking for something that ticks all these boxes:

1. No more than an hour outside London - prefer to be North of the M25 though.

2. Not too expensive (So not The Grove or similar!)

3. Somewhere with a spa & indoor pool

4. Good food etc

5. Minimal children present

Does such a place exist?

Rowhill Grange at Wilmington, kent is supposed to be a lovely place to spend a pampering weekend if that is the sort of thing you are after.

Thanks Kbear, and I see they have another one in that chain in Surrey which I'll put to the committee. Any other suggestions?

whittlebury hall up near milton keynes and silverstone - it has a fab spa!!! and such good value
