Does anyone know if they provide towels or do I need to take my own?

They provide a towel and a few other bits, or they did when I used it a while ago.

It is utter bliss after a 12 hour flight

And they have showers and a brilliant little spinner thingy to almost dry out your costume before you pack it for the next leg.
