Where for holiday from 13th-20th April?

We can grab a week as a family in the third week of April.

We can't decide between a beach holiday or a ski holiday! Don't want to travel long haul because it's only for a week.

Any help tips / ideas?

I'm off to Antalya at Easter.

That's late for skiing, so if you want to ski you'll need to go high and that really restricts your choices. Val Thorens will still be fine, as will Tignes and probably Val d'Isere, Ischgl, Obergurgl and Hochgurgl are all high, but whether you'll find anything at this late date I don't know. It's worth looking, but don't be tempted by what looks like a cheap deal at a low resort - there will be a reason why it's cheap (clue: there won't be any snow!)

Otherwise for sun head south - southern Spain, southern Italy, Sicily, Malta, Cyprus, Canaries, Morocco, Tunisia, Egypt.
