My daughter (16) and her boyfriend (17) want to go to Disneyland for 2 nights in the summer, I have just called Eurodisney and it is not a problem to book with their ages, but you have to get Civil Liability Insurance as a condition of the booking. I have tried googling for this but not found anything and wondered if anyone knows please?

Do they just mean travel insurance? Perhaps ring them back to clarify.

no, they were very clear that it is separate to travel insurance, it is insurance that they require in France because as they are not adults they could not be held liable for any damage that they caused to the hotel room or train (not that they would!!) but they can't book without this insurance & I can't find anywhere that sells it, & Disney were no help with suggesting providers
