Disneyland Paris Princess Lunch booking – any issues?

Does anyone have recent experience of booking at Princess Lunch at DLP before arriving? If you call as soon as bookings open 60 days in advance, how easy is it to get a reservation?

Ideally, I would make the reservation at the time of booking, but I think we’ll have a free half board dining offer, which is plus and not premium, and therefore doesn’t cover the Princess Lunch. Having spoken to Disney, the only way to reserve at booking would be to pay the full value – which I’m naturally not keen to do!

I thought you could out your plus vouchers towards a premium booking?

@ArnoldBee yes you can. But not if you want to make a reservation at the time of booking the rest of the stay, apparently. You can only do that if you wait until 60 days beforehand and then call up.

Unfortunately I have no recent experience of booking the Princess lunch (5 years since we did it) but I'd have thought sixty days in advance was plenty of time. Maybe ask the question on the Trip Advisor Disneyland forum. Lots of experts on there who will have the answer.
