Giong Mad - does our perfect holiday even exist??!

Ok - this is our requirement:

2 adults and 2 DS aged 1 and 3. Looking for quality accomodation, lots to do but a creche/kids club is a must (just so DH and I can have approx 2 hours a day downtime) Our budget is £3k or £4k if all inclusive. Flight time no longer than 5 hours.....any suggestions????

I went to the one at Metaponto Italy last year. The creche was really good - my son was 1 then and they really looked after him well and there was loads for us to do there too - even tried the trapeze ( I was a laughing stock screaming to come down!) Got to say that the rooms were tiny and really basic - so I wouldn't go back as I quite like to relax in my room and didn't feel I could do that.....hope that helps. I was thinking of going to Vila Vita Parc in Portugal but not sure whether to now because of the MMcann stuff.... it looks excellent though.

Have you thought about going to a First Choice Holiday Village? There is one in the Costa del Sol, and others, there is one in the Dominican Republic but that might come over budget.

We went to Palmiye in Turkey and it was an amazing place. Where there is a choice of accomadation the hotel will always be nicer than the bungalow but you may 'win' more space in a bungalow depending upon how the layout works. The inter-connecting rooms in Turkey were very spacious.

We're currently looking at Sicily for October.
