Christmas Break with 7 and 2 yr old

Hi looking for some advice. We have 2 DC age 7 and 2 and this year we are in the unusual position of DH having time off shortly before Xmas approx dates around 15-22 Dec

so we were thinking of having a break in the week before Xmas (not including Xmas day iyswim)

The options we were considering were

1, centre parcs, mon - fri

1. Disney land Paris

3, cheaper ski location such as say bankso in Bulgaria - we are not ski people but would consider going somewhere that is provided it has other facilities and stuff to do at the resort and is Christmassy

1. Lapland

Any thoughts or recommendations welcome - Thank You !!

If those are your options I would go with Lapland. The others can be done any time of year

Austria is a great place to go before Christmas as the villages tend to make a real effort, There are night time Santa sledge rides in many places, and great Gluwien, Ellmau was beautiful last year and Austria is very child friendy, Have some amazing photos of my girls in the hot tub with the snow on the top of the mountains and it does not come with the horrendous Lapland price tag,
