Can anyone recommend a hotel in Prague?

Hoping to take dd (13) away for a few days in October half term to Prague. Would like somewhere fairly central if possible and that won't break the bank.

Sorry can't recommend a good hotel but would really recommend checking any Prague hotel out on TripAdvisor before booking. A lot of stag parties go there - we didn't think to check hotel reviews & were completely unaware till we got there that our hotel had a strip club in the basement with live action screens on the outside of the hotel showing all the action. Walking our DD's past these every day was fun as was trying to get into the hotel barging past a long queue of really p*ssed up stags!

I’ve stayed at The Grand Majestic Plaza a few times. Less than 10 mins walk from the Old Town Square and easily the best breakfast I’ve had in ages.

Can recommend the Grandior too-breakfast was fantastic!
We have also stayed in The Savoy, up near the Castle. Very quiet and quite a bit away from the centre but there is a tram stop just outside if you don’t fancy the walk down. Also a wee shop round the corner for water, snacks etc. Another hotel with a fantastic breakfast!

We got married in Prague and had our wedding reception in the Archibald at the Charles Bridge. We stayed there for a week and it was lovely. It was a few year's ago and they have remodelled the downstairs now but it had great rooms, breakfast and beautiful, peaceful location just off the Charles Bridge.
