Hotel with activities for teenagers please?

Hi, would welcome ideas on a hotel which is good for teenagers who like watersports, tennis etc as well as for me who wants to lie on a beach with a book.. Ideally somewhere where there will be other kids to entertain them and either half board or all inclusive, as it is just easier! This is for next July so am thinking somewhere in Europe. Thank you!

There are lots of hotels of this style in Turkey. We stayed at the Gural Premier in Belek and loved it so much we went two years on the trot.
There was a great water park attached, lots of organised activities to join if you wanted, and quieter pools if you didn’t. There were several tennis courts, and I think lessons were available. Also there was a teen club, a night club and water sports available. It was all inclusive, with good food and branded drinks included (my eldest DS was very pleased they had Coke in glass bottles!)

Any other suggestions?

Mark Warner, Neilson, Club Med all fit the AI with watersports bill.

My friend swears by Neilson. Her DS and DH go off sailing etc and she stays by the pool. She first chose this because DS is an only and there are lots of youngsters who group together.
