DD dislikes flying but is getting used to it, so 4 hours max from UK.

AI not due to wanting to eat or drink loads, but love the thought of not having to shop for a week or so, or cook, or budget for funds for groceries.

So, where have you been that you loved?

We went to Hotel Polynesia, Benalmadena a couple of years ago and really enjoyed it (almost returned this year). We liked it as it was a 1 bed apartment so we had our own room with dd sleeping in the living room, food was better than expected and it has a small waterpark shared with two other hotels. Better for younger children though imo.

Cyprus! About 4.5 hours though... Loads of beautiful hotels in Paphos.

Maybe a First Choice Holiday Village? (Depends on how old DD is though?) We went to the one in Rhodes when DD1 was 3 and DD2 was 1 and loved it :)

Boa Vista, Cape Verde?

Greek Islands might be your best bet though.
Crete - we loved the Sensatori resort.
Kos?

Canary Islands? Gran Canaria and Tenerife are amazing! Riu Hotels or Anfi Beach Club? :)

Jiva Beach Resort in Turkey. It's the only Ai hotel that I have been to where I've actually eaten the food. It was really great. Lots of really interesting places a short bus ride away. Read the reviews on TA, they are all mainly 5/5

We have just returned from Corfu and loved it there.
We stayed in The Louis hotel in Gouvia which is all inclusive.

It is only 2.40 hours flying time.
