AIBU to expect Thomas Cooke to move us?

We have a holiday booked for a hotel near Salou from the 6th-13th September... I happened to go onto trip advisor to check the reviews and a lot of people were complaining about a sickness bug so I contacted the hotel to ask and they confirmed there is one going around the hotel 'but it's only in 2 rooms... I contacted Thomas Cooke to ask if they would change our hotel (free of charge) because of this as we have a 4 month old son - and they are refusing to do anything and the only option is for us is to repay for a new holiday?

Can anyone offer advice on how to handle this or am I over thinking it?! Cause to me there is no way we can take our baby to this hotel?!

Thank you and any help or advice would be appreciated....

But you're not going for almost a month. Surely the sickness bug won't still be a problem?

Yeah that's true although it's been there since June apparently... anyway fingers crossed it's gone by the time we're supposed to go Smile

Wash hands a lot with soap and water (not alcohol gel as that won't get rid of bugs). Wash hands religiously before every meal and you should be fine.
