We have a holiday booked for a hotel near Salou from the 6th-13th September... I happened to go onto trip advisor to check the reviews and a lot of people were complaining about a sickness bug so I contacted the hotel to ask and they confirmed there is one going around the hotel 'but it's only in 2 rooms... I contacted Thomas Cooke to ask if they would change our hotel (free of charge) because of this as we have a 4 month old son - and they are refusing to do anything and the only option is for us is to repay for a new holiday?
Can anyone offer advice on how to handle this or am I over thinking it?! Cause to me there is no way we can take our baby to this hotel?!
