We are going on Wednesday I’ve read just awful reviews aside from a couple of nice ones. How can it be so varied? Would only the truly dissatisfied write a Trip Advisor review? We’ve paid a lot so I’m very stressed now. A lot for us I should say. I’m likely going to be the next Mumsnet guest dying to leave aren’t I? I’ve no experience of AI so that bit doesn’t worry me - the lack if snacks and all day food - but what if it’s awful?!! Anyone been and can reassure me?

Not been but it has good reviews on booking.com.
Honestly, you’re by the lake and it’s amazing, you don’t have to stay in resort 😊

Yes maybe trip advisor is where the dissatisfied go to vent?!! You’re right. I need to stop panicking. We are all
So tired and had an awful year last year so pinning hopes on this being nice

I haven’t stayed at the hotel but have stayed several times in the apartments in the same resort and used the hotel facilities. It is in a great spot, just outside Peschiera with a very reliable shuttle bus into town. There are two hotels and two apartment complexes, which sounds a bit of a concrete jungle but it’s not really, lots of greenery around with the golf course. The hotel has a lovely indoor pool, and outdoor one. The staff have always been lovely and helpful.

I don’t know what the food is like really as we have only had breakfast once in the hotel, but that was fine, a good selection of nice food. The dining room was a bit canteen like but not awful. There is another hotel in the resort which has a very nice restaurant if you fancy a change, and not too expensive. Or go into Peschiera where there are loads of restaurants.

I would take a lot of TripAdvisor reviews with a pinch of salt really. Lots of folk moaning about nothing usually. I only take notice of the really practical things that aren’t subjective.

It is a nice hotel, in a lovely place. I doubt you will be desperate to leave after a day.
