Holidays with inclusive watersports?

I'm trying to find something like Club Med or Ocean Elements for next few weeks. Can anyone suggest anywhere please? I nearly went for a Ocean Elements one but reviews spoke of sewage outlet near which put me off!

clubvass in Vasiliki? the oceanelements there was really good and no signs of any sewage outlets when we were there a couple of years ago.

Trek Adventures in Kefalonia. Went this year - no sewage outlets.

Sandles resorts are all inclusive of water sports inc diving.

We booked Vassiliki this morning with Ocean Elements, dh managed to get a good price so lots of excitement building in dc Smile
